Real structure

Nanoscale analysis of artificially produced materials is an important prerequisite for understanding the relationship between material structure and material properties. The design of materials with desired properties can only be achieved through precise knowledge of their real structure. This research area focuses on the structural and chemical analysis of solids using advanced methods of transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
