The institutes of the Leibniz Association have a unique research infrastructure, especially in the area of large-scale equipment. The IOM makes two of its powerful large-scale facilities, the Cs-corrected transmission electron microscope and the 10 MeV electron accelerator, available for general use by the Leibniz Association and beyond.
