At this year's "t.e.a.m. UP Conference 2022" of the University of Leipzig, five female doctoral students of the IOM were ceremonially admitted to the "t.e.a.m. Famile" and are thus part of the support program of the University of Leipzig. The annual festive event for the t.e.a.m. program lines is organized by the Office of Equal Opportunity, Diversity and Family and addresses scientists and supporters from the University of Leipzig as well as Leipzig's non-university research institutions, the city of Leipzig and cooperation partners. The conference in the garden of Villa Ida offered mentees, mentors, and interested parties exciting sessions, workshops, and exchange formats as well as the opportunity to engage in conversation and make new network contacts.
